Contracts and negotiations
Finding the right home is the fun part, but it’s also when the real work begins. Today’s contracts can be 30+ pages long, not counting potential addendums. It’s my job to help you navigate these complex documents and craft the right offer or counteroffer that makes sense for your needs. Plus, when it comes to negotiating, I’m your advocate, and although it’s sometimes my job to tell you things you may not want to hear I always do it with your best interest in mind. I bring an objective voice to a very subjective situation.

Contrary to what some people believe, agents do not select prices for sellers or buyers. We do, however, help guide you to make choices that fit your needs. The number one question real estate agents are asked is, “what’s my home worth?” To get the best answer we analyze homes nearby that are similar square footage and have the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We use that as a baseline and consider your specific home to arrive at a price that fits your market.
Market Conditions Information
Real estate agents are accountable to know market conditions, which will govern your selling or buying process. Data such as the average per square foot cost of similar homes, median and average sales prices, average days on market and ratios of list-to-sold prices, among other criteria, will have a huge bearing on what you ultimately decide to do.
