Selling Real Estate is not just about sales, it’s about service. Helping people get to a new place in their life gives me great happiness. Meeting new people and helping clients find a place to call home, a place to raise their children, a place to celebrate life is the absolute best job in the world.

A Realtor helps you find the right home, beyond square footage and baths.

Browsing online is a terrific way to start a home search—in fact, almost 90 percent of people start their home search online. But when it’s time to buy, knowing all the pros and cons of a property can help you make the right decision. Realtors live and breathe real estate, and they can share information about a home that you wouldn’t otherwise know. I strive to go beyond what you see and educate you about important details on the homes you’re considering.

Contracts and negotiations

Finding the right home is the fun part, but it’s also when the real work begins. Today’s contracts can be 30+ pages long, not counting potential addendums. It’s my job to help you navigate these complex documents and craft the right offer or counteroffer that makes sense for your needs. Plus, when it comes to negotiating, I’m your advocate, and although it’s sometimes my job to tell you things you may not want to hear I always do it with your best interest in mind.  I bring an objective voice to a very subjective situation.

Education & Experience

The good news is you don’t need to know everything about buying and selling real estate if you hire a real estate professional like me who does. Henry Ford once said that when you hire people who are smarter than you are, it proves you are actually smarter than they are. The trick is to find the right person. We’re all looking for more time in our lives, and hiring a Realtor like me will help give you that time.

Agents Are Buffers

Agents take the spam out of your property showings and visits. If you’re a buyer, I help keep information about neighborhoods and houses controlled and organized for you. If you’re a seller, I filter out all those phone calls that lead to nowhere and persuade serious buyers to write an offer.

Price Guidance

Contrary to what some people believe, agents do not select prices for sellers or buyers. We do, however, help guide you to make choices that fit your needs. The number one question real estate agents are asked is, “what’s my home worth?” To get the best answer we analyze homes nearby that are similar square footage and have the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We use that as a baseline and consider your specific home to arrive at a price that fits your market.

Market Conditions Information

Real estate agents are accountable to know market conditions, which will govern your selling or buying process. Data such as the average per square foot cost of similar homes, median and average sales prices, average days on market and ratios of list-to-sold prices, among other criteria, will have a huge bearing on what you ultimately decide to do.
