Annie was so patient…
Annie was so patient and knowledgeable. Our sale needed to be done within a given amount of time due to a contingency with the purchase of our new home. We had 3 buyers back out due to an array of different reasons. She was always on top of it and found us another buyer to swoop in each time.
Top Notch - I recommend Annie to anyone that I know who is in need of a realtor.

Annie Venerable is an amazing realtor. I would not have the home I have without her knowledge, support, and negotiations skills. Saying my experience with Annie was perfect is an understatement. Not just a great agent, but a truly great person. I will never use any other realtor moving forward. Annie is so devoted she showed me a home on Christmas so I did not lose the opportunity to buy this house. I BOUGHT IT! I highly and genuinely recommend Annie Venerable. Do not let looks fool you, she is assertive and she will fight for her clients.

I'm glad I took…
I'm glad I took the recommendation of my friend to work with Annie. I'm officially ruined for life on the service and disposition I now expect from a realtor. Annie sets a high bar!
I'm disappointed the survey doesnt have a higher rating than excellent. Annie needs a " born to do this" category
I couldn't have had an easier more supportive sales experience. Annie's work is valuable.

We had been searching…
We had been searching for a home in the Cincinnati area for 2 years and getting nowhere. When we decided to expand our search across the river we needed to get a new agent that was licensed there. Found Annie through a house we wanted to see. Asked if she would show us some more houses and she said yes. So we spent several weekends driving to and from ft. Wayne, Indiana looking with Annie. When I expressed concern over actually living in a tall skinny old house, she arranged to show us two homes of friends of hers. One walked along the streets with us pointing out different interesting houses and their backgrounds. She took us for drinks on main strausse so we could feel the local vibe. She helped step me back from the cliff when I would question the sanity of moving to the city. For one so young, she was super easy to relate to and to lean on when making our decision. This was superstitious house number 13 for us and Annie turned it into good luck. She’s the best!

In all my years…
In all my years of purchasing homes, I have never been associated with an agent that not only understands her client, but goes the extra mile to be sure you get everything you want within her ability. Annie Venerable isn't just doing this for the commission. She truly cares about her clients. I obviously can only speak for myself, but I don't believe there is another agent in Cincinnati that cares more about her clients than Annie. i would never consider doing business with anyone other than her and will continue to recommend her to our friends and acquaintances..
I really can't think of anything Annie does wrong!! extremely attentive and always available.
