In all my years of purchasing homes, I have never been associated with an agent that not only understands her client, but goes the extra mile to be sure you get everything you want within her ability. Annie Venerable isn't just doing this for the commission. She truly cares about her clients. I obviously can only speak for myself, but I don't believe there is another agent in Cincinnati that cares more about her clients than Annie. i would never consider doing business with anyone other than her and will continue to recommend her to our friends and acquaintances.. I really can't think of anything Annie does wrong!! extremely attentive and always available.
